Eternal Summer

No one wishes to be lonely

Neither do we?

I felt a little bit heavy-hearted after I watched this movie.

Also,I was touched an affecting look at young love—both gay and straight.

They are friends,partners,or lover....

In this summer, they experience conflict youth and a impressive love.

Nothing could define the relationships between them.

No matter what kinds of love,it is still touchable to me.

In the end of movie, there is no clear denouement,

that is to say,I don't know whether Shane loves Jonathan or not.

It's better that we can image the end by ourselves.

As an elementary school student in rural Taiwan, the naughty, underachieving Shane is punished

for snipping a girl's hair. The well behaved class leader Jonathan is asked to

make friends with Shane to pull him into a good student. Now about to graduate from high

school, Shane is a magnetic, roguish basketball star who makes the girls squeal, while Jonathan

sits watching on the sidelines. Despite their vastly different personalities, they are inseparable.

Jonathan's brooding reticence masks his passion for the appealingly unaware Shane, who

insists he needs Jonathan by his side at all times but can't say why.

A transfer student Carrie, entangles in the boys'already complicated relationship.

She makes Jonathan faces his real emotion to Shane even though he is afraid of

destroying the friendship of them.

Shane stands for star (the Sun). Jonathan stands for planet (the Earth). Carrie stands for the Comet.

The Sun always shines. The Earth follows its route surrounding the Sun,

but cannot approach it.

The Comet brings surprise to the solar system.

The story is incomplete without any one of

them
